How to access:
Use your INFN-AAI credentials to login.

How to create ticket by web channel:
Select tab “SC-IT Pisa” (default) and choose the appropriate request type, generic or more specific, about core services.
Select tab “CS-IT Pisa” and choose the correct resource domain which trouble belong to.

How to create ticket by e-mail channel:
Choose the correct destination email address based on the follow mapping:
helpdesk       AT pi.infn.it –> Generic hardware/software request
helpdesk.net   AT pi.infn.it –> Wired/Wireless network request
helpdesk.acc   AT pi.infn.it –> Account/Credentials issue
helpdesk.mac   AT pi.infn.it –> Mac address registration
helpdesk.print AT pi.infn.it –> Printing service
helpdesk.mail  AT pi.infn.it –> E-mail service
