This tool establishes an administrative workflow that can accompany each procedure, from the initial request phase to the archival phase, while collecting and organizing data and documents according to the established administrative process. At each step of the workflow, email notifications are sent to the users involved, and the tool provides guided interaction focused on the specific task to be performed. It also generates pre-filled templates and documents, relieving the operator from the manual drafting process. Finally, it manages the automatic sending of notifications and documents to external parties via regular or certified email. Additionally, the tool can accept requests for scientific seminars and collaborations from anyone having INFN AAI credentials.
