Meeting summary and Farewell to 2024

Dear participants,

the 15th edition of the Pisa Meeting on Advanced Detector ended on Friday, May 27, 2022. 

Thank you very much for your help in making this conference a success, with more than 400 participants, more than 300 contributions, and an excellent scientific program. All the slides and posters are available on the conference Indico website  

All the talks have been recorded and are available from these links.     

Several awards have been assigned during the meeting: 

  • ICFA Instrumentation Awards (supported by FDFP): Claudia Nones and Veljko Radeka 
  • Aldo Menzione Prize (supported by FDFP): René Brun and Pantaleo Raimondi 
  • Young Researcher Prize (Supported by FDFP, CAEN, Hamamatsu): Karishma Dhanmeher, Marta Tornago, and Valentina Cicero 

Proceedings will be published in a Virtual Special Issues of Nuclear Instruments and Methods A, and will be available in the fall 2022. 

If you presented a contribution at the conference, your proceeding paper is expected with deadline June 30, 2022. Please submit it using the instructions posted here  

The 16th Pisa Meeting will be held in La Biodola in May 2024.
