Hotel Accommodation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The meeting will take place at the Hotel<\/a> Hermitage<\/a> located in La Biodola, Isola d’Elba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Hermitage<\/a>, in Hotel Biodola<\/a>, in Scaglieri Village<\/a> in the bay of La Biodola, in Hotel del Golfo<\/a> in the bay of Procchio. A few rooms for students are available at the Hotel Danila<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the registration form participants are asked to indicate the hotel preference, but the organization cannot guarantee the selected choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since only few single rooms are available at the Hermitage and Biodola Hotels, these hotels will be mainly allocated to participants sharing a double room or coming with family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More single rooms will be available in the Hotel Del Golfo located in Procchio at about 6 Km from the Conference venue. A shuttle service will be guaranteed to conference participants staying at this hotel according to the scientific and social programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Breakfast and dinner are foreseen at the assigned hotel; participants staying at Scaglieri Village will have breakfast and dinner at Hotel Biodola.<\/strong>
Lunch will be served at the Hermitage Hotel for all participants.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The accommodation will be paid directly to the hotel of choice. All the hotels accept major credit cards, as well as major currencies. We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a couple of weeks before the meeting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants booking their own accommodation can have meals at Hotel Hermitage at 65 \u20ac\/each. They can pay for them directly at the hotel desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes and cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site before Sunday May 5, 2024.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Penalties may be applied to cancellations or changes after the registration deadline that should be communicated as soon as possible to the Meeting Organization<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
